Free motion machine embroidery of grasses and flowers, dragonflies or webs are worked on elegant, but durable velveteen. Some designs have been enhanced with ribbon work or traditional embroidery. Although they look delicate, these bags are quite durable.
I use mine every day. Choose a delicate spider web with a tiny beaded spider, an iridescent dragonfly, bold bright flowers, subtle heather, or graceful 'chives' - no two are alike.
I often make "Little Bags" which have a patch of textured or print fabric in the design - the contrast creates a little extra drama.
